All ENoLL members: Update your member information!
On November 8th, ENoLL Council decided to invite all ENoLL adherent and effective members to update their information and to make sure that the profiles are correct and available for the network as well as external interested parties through the ENoLL web portal.
Moreover, it was communicated to the ENoLL members during in March, 2013, that from now onwards, only updated Living Labs who have replied to the questionnaire will be maintained on the ENoLL Web portal and only those members have the right to use the ENoLL logo.
Information obtained from these surveys will help to improve the quality of ENoLL services, including giving a full view of the membership base and finally giving the possibility for all ENoLL members to access the Innovation Capability, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance Survey Self –assessment tool for Living Labs (developed by the ENoLL Living Lab experts).
Following is now requested from all ENoLL adherent and effective members:
Is your Living Lab profile updated?
Check your profile in the ENoLL repository. Our online catalog is also our Identity Card as a network, as it shows who we are, what we do and what we achieve as Living Labs and therefore important that you keep ENoLL Office (info(at)enoll.org) aware of the changes.
Are you on the Living Lab Map?
If you are not on the map, please provide ENoLL Office (info(at)enoll.org) your relevant address information so we can add you to the map.
As an ENoLL member, you are requested to fill in the following two-part mandatory ENoLL questionnaire:
1. ENoLL Pre-Audit for all ENoLL adherent and effective members
Who should respond: Living Lab managers and people in charge of Living Labs
Access the survey here (clicking the link you will be redirected to the survey).
This first part is for basic info about your organization in order to better serve you as member of the network.
2. ENoLL Innovation Capability, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance Survey Self –assessment tool for Living Labs (ENoLL members)
Who should respond: All Living Lab team members including Living Lab managers and people in Charge of Living Labs.
Access the second part of the survey here (clicking the link you will be redirected to the survey).
This two-part questionnaire is designed to capture your Living Lab demographic info, including if applicable your Living Lab profile and RDI interests such as innovation capability level, entrepreneurial orientation, performance, thematic domains, critical transversal themes and finally landscape dimensions.
The questionnaire is split into two parts as it is targeting Living Lab managers in the first part and all Living Lab team members including Living Lab managers in its second part.
Benefits for replying to this questionnaire:
- By replying to both parts of this questionnaire, all ENoLL members will receive a comprehensive report on ‘Innovation Capability and Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance across ENoLL”
- Tailor-made benchmark report (optional, by request only, fee 500 EUR/300 EUR for full members).
As one of the main the purpose of this self-assessment tool is to help your individual Living Lab to become more competitive, more successful and more profitable, you as a Living Lab manager have the option to request a tailor-made benchmark report.
We hope that you as an ENoLL member can benefit from such custom made report by learning how to better support innovation and entrepreneurial activities in all areas of operations of your Living Lab. This benchmark report is written as a tailor made supplement for your Living Lab to the comprehensive report “Innovation Capability and Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance across ENoLL”.
In particular this custom made report allows you to identify differences between the way that you see your Living Lab, compared with the (average) way managers of all ENoLL Living Labs see their organisations (benchmark). These differences between your results and the benchmark will help you to identify aspects of your Living Lab that you can develop to better support innovation and entrepreneurship activities in your LL, and hence, to compete more effectively. The fee of this report is 500 EUR/300 EUR for ENoLL members.
Please read all instructions carefully before accessing the survey. If at any time you need assistance, please contact ENoLL Office (info(at)enoll.org)
