status of the participants business models and development skills in order to fine-tune the
workshop content to meet the identified needs. Participants are also welcome to join the workshop
without fulfilling the pre-task.
DURING THE COURSE:

companies. “Business model canvas”, “Lean canvas”, “Service business model canvas” and
“Service logic business model canvas” as well as various other service design tools are introduced
and in practice used during the workshop activities. Furthermore, Living lab development approach
as a tool to engage customers to co-creation process is introduced by revealing the latest findings
from ProVaHealth project. The ProVaHealth project includes 14 health and wellbeing Living labs
from the Baltic Sea region and facilitates the access to Living Labs for startups and small and
medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

This network would also collaborate closely with European Network of Living Labs by following open science principles to co-create novel solutions and business models for Physical Therapy companies and their partners.
