ENoLL is seeking to hire a web development agency to develop our Knowledge Repository. We are looking for an experienced team that can develop a modern and user-friendly platform that will host all of our networks resources.

The Knowledge Repository that we want to develop for our network will be similar with Zenodo. It will present a listing of all resources with filtering options. Viewers will be able to click on the listing and view the resource with additional information and download them. There will be 2 main types of resources – Open and Restricted. The Open resources will be automatically listed on the public ENoLL website (under reconstruction), while the Restricted ones will be accessible only for those who have a validated account. 

In terms of user management, the platform will have 2 types – normal user (who can view and upload files) and admin user (who can do both, but can also approve the uploaded files).

We are looking for both pre-developed solutions, as well as tailor made ones. In case the bidder will go for a tailor-made solution, the system should be developed modularly as to be able to build upon the solution with additional modules when needed.
