Participate in the survey for Policy Makers
We invite you to share your ideas on Policy Making with us! With your contribution, you will help the Interreg MED S&C project find suitable topics for the field experimentation of Bayesian Networks, an innovative policy simulation model developed under the scientific coordination of EFRI, the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rijeka.
About the Interreg MED S&C project
Funded by the Interreg MED programme 2014-2020, the Social & Creative project aims to promote trans-local clusters for creative and social innovation.
How? By providing instruments that allow trans-national MED modular projects to connect with local innovation communities, starting from the regions of participating partners.
S&C’s survey for Policy Makers
The S&C project now seeks your collaboration for its Policy Makers survey. This questionnaire is anonymous and will only take 10 minutes of your time.
The purpose of the survey is to find pertinent topics for the field experimentation of Bayesian Networks, an innovative policy simulation model developed by iED in Interreg MED S&C project.
This initiative is run under the scientific coordination of EFRI, the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rijeka.
What is a Bayesian network?
A Bayesian network is a graphical model that helps to predict and identify the triggering cause of an event among several contributing factors.
Bayesian networks are a powerful reasoning tool, especially in a situation of uncertainty arising from:
- Gaps in knowledge about systems
- Imperfect understanding of systems
- Randomness in the mechanisms driving systems’ behaviour
- Any combination of these factors
