ENoLL News
The OLLD call for workshops is published – now it’s time to apply as an evaluator!
As in previous years, we’re inviting ENoLL effective members & innovation partners to join the evaluation committee in assessing and selecting the workshops that will shape the agenda of the conference this year.
Your role as an evaluator:
1) Reviewing all of the workshop submissions based on pre-defined criteria and scoring these according to a scoring system. The criteria are scored on a scale from 1-10 on an excel sheet.
2) Submitting clarifying comments alongside your scores to explain the score you have provided or providing further information or considerations. Your evaluations will be combined with those of other reviewers to form an overall score which will form the basis for the selection of the workshops.
3) The final decision on workshop selection will be based on the total scores given and the number of available workshop slots in the agenda. A conference call is organized on June 5th, 2019 to close down the selection of workshops and to discuss the placement of the workshops in the agenda.
How will the workshop proposal be evaluated?
The Evaluation Committee will give priority to hands-on, co-creative workshops involving participants in collaborative activities. Therefore, applicants are asked to state clearly in their applications what methodologies are being used, and/or how the participants are engaged throughout the workshop.
