The European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing is looking for new “Reference sites.” Are you a leader in innovation for Active and Healthy Ageing? Could you help catalyze innovations that improve the lives and health of older people?
Why become a Reference Site?
Reference Sites are highly inspirational ecosystems, delivering creative and workable solutions that improve the lives and health of older people. Becoming a Reference Site permits you to network extensively with the EIP on AHA, promote your projects, attract new stakeholders, share good practices and build collaboration across borders.
What are the conditions to become a Reference Site?
Reference Sites should showcase innovative components of their care model/systems that can serve as illustrations of good practice to other regions. You must also demonstrate robust proof of impact on the ground and should also be actively engaged in the scaling up/replicability process by submitting good practices to the EIP on AHA Repository of Innovative Practices,
Deadlines & Apply
The call will be open until 15 April 2016. If you are interested in (re) applying to become a Reference Site of the EIP on AHA you can download the call document and fill in the self-assessment form on the Innovation Union website.
