City Drivers project of Laurea Living Labs among the 300 World Best Practices on Sustainability and Innovation
City Drivers project by ENoLL member Laurea Living Labs has been selected as one of the 300 World Best Practices on Sustainability and Innovation. The project will be presented at the 5th edition of the Global Entreps Awards and 5Gcitizens International Congress.
About City Drivers
The project aims to improve the creative industry professionals, entrepreneurs, students and teachers innovation and collaboration skills which are required when participating in various stages of multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary innovation projects. One of the aims is also to improve target group’s networking skills among their peers and stakeholders from other industries.
A series of innovation courses includes theoretical training but the emphasis of educational activities is in hands-on doing in various Living Lab environments. Theoretical teaching covers topics such as innovation, media and culture/art driven methods, public tendering processes, startups and funding related issues.
Global Entreps Awards
Entreps, the International Board of Global Actors and Business for Sustainability, is a global network of networks comprised of active authorities, business actors, associations, researchers, diplomats, innovators, public figures and influential citizens committed together to sustainability and good governance.
From 2015 onwards Entreps gathers together and coordinates over 1,000 Global Jurors (delegates) from 126 countries, to assess paramount projects, initiatives and public figures who make a difference implementing main targets aligned with UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
