At the end of March we have welcomed a trainee to the ENoLL team. Noeline Ricau, who is a student at the Strate School of Design in Paris, France is joining the team remotely and is working closely with Ines on the Capacity Building Program and the Living Lab Projects publication among other tasks.

Why did you decide to join ENoLL?

Joining the interaction design sector, at Strate School of Design, allowed me to perceive the design as a way to gather people, exceeding various barriers. System and service’s creation, in order to bring simple solutions to most of the time complex questions, is one of the biggest concerns in the design field. In view of the European Network of Living Labs and its actions, I understood this organization was taking special care to head towards ethical projects, by always having a global vision of the diverse powerful impact, and putting this impact on a long-term footing. This is this innovative and involving vision which makes me want to join the team.

What do you hope to learn?

By working in ENoLL, I will be able to learn more about the living labs, mostly about their mechanism, and in which way they can make changes for our future. I will also have the possibility to practice my knowledge, and gain skills by supporting the digital transformation of the conference, especially for the OLLD event.
