We wanted to take the opportunity to welcome the newest addition to our team, Dan Petrescu.  Dan is a new intern at ENoLL, and he will be helping with the marketing campaign of the OpenLivingLab Days as well as other external communications tasks.  Dan is a student at Coventry University on track to graduate with a degree on Marketing and Business Administration. Coventry University, as ENoLL member, has promoted this internship opportunity to their students and we are delighted to welcome Dan in our team.

We asked Dan to talk about his expectations and experiences.

Why did you decide to join ENoLL?

I started the 2018/2019 academic year as being an Erasmus student at University of Malta, during the study placement I received an e-mail from my home university regarding some internship opportunities. After having a look over the companies, ENoLL has really caught my attention. I started doing my research on the organisation and I said to myself: “Yup, this is the one.” I truly consider that an international organisation will be able to help develop myself, and prepare me for my professional career by offering me relevant experience.

What do you hope to learn?

At the end of the internship I hope I will have a better understanding of the “in’s and out’s” of how a company works but also to gain access to networking opportunities across a multitude of areas of innovation and be able to create a diverse communication campaign targeted to different audiences.
