EUSIC
Last week the 2018 edition of the European Social Innovation Competition was launched. We can still feel the buzz of the exciting event, which took place at Station F in Paris, as well as the inspiring thoughts, messages and experiences shared by our speakers.
The application period is now open, so don’t miss your opportunity to turn your idea into reality and become part of the vibrant social innovation community.
In line with this year’s theme, RE:THINK LOCAL, EUSIC is looking for innovative solutions that can help build resilience within communities, address their specific needs and generate sustainable economic activity and employment opportunities. Young people need to be involved, engaged and empowered to seize new opportunities and they should be supported in developing the skills needed to shape and lead the new economy.
Applications are open until 27 April 2018 (noon, Brussels time). Make use of this time to familiarise yourself with the competition theme and rules and ask us questions, before developing and submitting your idea for a chance to win expert coaching and one of three 50.000 Euro prizes.

The bootcamp, which will take place in France, is tailored to change-makers in the early stages of developing social start-ups. This 6-month intensive interactive and personalised programme is designed to test one’s entrepreneurial posture and jumpstart the entrepreneurial adventure. Participants will have access to network of mentors, entrepreneurs and experts, and will benefit from Ticket for Change’s media and social media coverage. Applications are open until 1 April 2018.
