’How to work as a living lab‘ is the main topic for the second podcast. For this episode, Katinka Schaaf, Service Designer at FCC and working at the iSCAPE project, introduced the journey of the six iSCAPE Living labs established within the project through a gamified approach. As a key partner in the iSCAPE project, in charge of supporting and managing the iSCAPE Living Labs, FCC was the chosen partner for this podcast interview. This episode not only reflects on the experiences of the project managers when supporting the new Living Labs, but also on how to improve the collaborative work among partners (industry, academia, government and citizens).
