The adoption of this new vision, “Empowering everyone to innovate,” closed the ENoLL General assembly that took part in Manchester, 26th of February in the context of the 20th Edition of FutureEverything Festival.
ENoLL ivzw (international non-profit association) was founded in January 2010 as the legal entity to support the ENoLL community was founded as a network at the end of 2006. ENoLL ivzw’s main purpose is facilitating knowledge exchange, joint actions and project partnerships among the members, promoting Living Labs and enabling their implementation worldwide, as well as policy influencing.
The first ENoLL ivzw General Assembly took place on January 25h, 2010 and it was very fitting for the network to conduct its 5th Anniversay General Assembly in Manchester. Not only is the city one of the founding members of the network and the organisation has been long since supported by member Manchester Living Lab including their contrubutions to hosting the 4th ENoLL summer school back in 2013, but also FutureEverything is an award-winning innovation lab for digital culture and annual festival (and member of ENoLL) which is pushing boundaries in the field of digital cultural innovation and its rare today to find a festival reaching such a landmard as its 20th Anniversary!
In the context of ENoLL international association’s 5th anniversary, ENoLL members discussed and approved important strategic actions during the General Assembly. This will transform the network as it is today and will strengthen the Living Lab community and collaboration in the future.
