Fernando Vilariño: Elected Chairman of ENoLL Council
At the Council meeting taking place during the OpenLivingLab Days in Geneva, Dr Fernando Vilariño was elected as ENoLL Chairman of the Executive Board (ENoLL Council). He has replaced Dr Tuija Hirvikoski, who served in the position from 2015-2018.

ENoLL’s main asset is its Community, and I humbly would like to invite you to go together, hand in hand. We are committed at creating actual innovation-led growth and societal change with the people from EU and the World, advancing in the democratization of knowledge access and creation for all. Our Living Labs are excellent examples of the EU competitive advantage to develop multi-stakeholder solutions in a human-centric approach. We, as a community, need all your personal and enthusiastic contributions, do not hesitate to be protagonists: feed your ambitions for a better society and, please, address us in order to better understand your needs and concerns, and how to collaborate together. Particularly, the Digital Transformation will present great challenges to our societies that cannot be tackled by a single institution or organization alone. This represents, at the same time, a great opportunity for all of us. Together, we are definitely stronger.”
