European IoT Large-Scale Pilots programme with meetings and review
On 17th and 18th of October 2018 the European IoT Large-Scale Pilots (LSP) programme with representatives from the Large-Scale Pilot projects and European Commission gathered together at ENoLL/imec offices to discuss and review the horizontal activities of the programme. The common themes shared by these projects are grouped in several Activity Groups, where the projects can present their experiences and find synergies in the areas of sustainability, ecosystems and marketplace, standardisation, user-engagement, privacy issues and communications. Best practices were shared, together with the challenges that the projects are facing, leading to a roadmap for the last phases of the projects.
On Friday 19th of October, U4IoT project had its review meeting together with European Commission and external reviewers. The current and past activities were presented, together with the tools and services created in the project. Some preliminary recommendations were expressed by the reviewers, with the complete set to be delivered in a few weeks, to advice the project and guide its activities during the final year.
