CoCo toolkit for adapting co-creation activities

The CoCo toolkit has been developed in the framework of the CoCo-initiative (From co-production to co-creation) research aiming at identifying and developing co-production and co-creation activities and roles in Business-to-Business service relationships. The CoCo project (2010–2012) was funded byTekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, and the case companies and bases on the cooperation between Laurea University of Applied Science and the University of Cambridge. It was a parallel project to VTTs (Technical Research Centre of Finland) ServChange project.
