Application period closed - ENoLL Office Manager Position
The European Network of Living Labs is looking for a senior professional who will help the Association Director and Accountant on operational and administrative matters.
Currently we are estimating someone at ENoLL premises (9 Pleinlaan, 1050 Brussels) part time between 30-40% of working hours (this can be adjusted based on the concrete needs).
Currently we foresee to engage the person with a service agreement or fix term part-time employment contract, which engagement can lead to a full-time contract.
The assignment is expected to start the 1st July 2019.
Tasks will include activities such as:
Association Management related
> overseeing and supervising all administrative functions;
> filing all governmental documents (except for accounting related: closing of the accounts, VAT quarterly declaration, etc.);
> handling contracting and invoicing of in-house consultants, secondment contracts, external expert engagement and services agreements;
> helping ENoLL Director with budget plan and cash flow inputs;
> ad hoc VAT related issues handling (annual conference etc.);
> membership invoices;
> potential HR inquiries.
Projects Related
> following up with Project Managers on project financial progress particularly in relation to PM provisions;
> creating provisions and budget plans for time allocation of each office staff and externals;
> answering and following up enquiries of Project Managers and project partners on projects related Financial issues;
> ECAS financial reporting management;
> working with Head of Projects on proposal funding calculations and risk analysis;
> expenses, timesheets reviews and booking.
Knowledge of English,French and/or Dutch is required. Experience in working with Winbooks is an advantage.
The above list of tasks is including but not limiting the expected tasks to be taken over by the ENoLL Office Manager.
