The European Network of Living Labs welcomed new effective and associated members at their General Assembly held on Monday January 21st, 2013 in Barcelona.

The five new effective and associated members are:

• Malaga Living Lab, represented by Marc Sanderson, Director of International Development, City of Málaga (effective member)
• JF Oceans, represented by Philip Van Gasse, COO of JF Oceans (effective member)
• Knowle West Media Center (effective member)
• Amsterdam Living Lab (effective member)
• Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center, represented by Adam Olszewski, Implementation Manager, PSNC (associated member)

Other changes included Lauri Tuomi (Vice President, Research, Development & Innovation, Haaga-Helia, Neloskierre) as the new Treasurer of the association. He replaces outgoing Esa Ala-Uotila (Customer Relationship Director, Suuntaamo Living Lab).

The General Assembly was hosted by ENoLL associated member ESADE, which organised  the training of the fellows of Code for America and Code for Europe for the construction of civic Apps, a special event which welcomed participants of Code for Africa and members of the World Bank.
