Strasbourg University hospitals are Alsace’s regional reference health care centers. It serves the entire population of the region of Alsace in the east of France. The healthcare system has undergone a lot of changes (financing and human resources management, type and duration of hospitalisation, …). This is why the hospital’s management has founded a Living Lab to test new methods with the goal of improving the quality of life for the hospital’s teams and patients and the quality of health care. For all projects, we combine our skills with external teams ‘ competences like co-design, sociology, economy, art, litterature and so on. All activities and contents produced by “La Fabrique de l’hospitalité” and its partners are managed with a Creative Commons license. Our website is a resource place where we publish our realizations but also research and tools with our academic partners to implement a dynamic cross fertilization between all the stakeholders.
