The Santa Chiara Lab is the Center of the University of Siena (Italy) for interdisciplinary innovation activities https://santachiaralab.unisi.it/ .
Since its inauguration, the Santa Chiara Lab has been a center dedicated to the contact and hybridization of different knowledge-backgrounds, a facilitator of relations between the business world and the academic world, and a place for transversal training, hospitality and sharing.
Our rooms occupy a historic complex of 3000 square meters in the historic center of the city of Siena, designed to host interdisciplinary projects, innovative laboratories and conferences. Here, every day, we promote innovation and we manage projects and activities – but above all we train, design, build, and share ideas.
Our mission of interdisciplinary innovation follows a continuous evolution, to adapt to the great changes faced by contemporary societies.
At the Santa Chiara Lab:
In particular, we design shared solutions for sustainable transformation.
Our strategic projects combine the human, social and life sciences with new digital technologies to lead society through sustainable transformation.
We do it with passion and competence, but above all we do it together.
At the Santa Chiara Lab we explore the central themes of our time: sustainability, agri-food chains, digital technologies, public health, professional growth.
