It is a melting pot that brings together various stakeholders (with a central place of the user). The living lab label encourages research, development and collaboration.

We promote the challenge of digital as an opportunity for opening up and re-socializing.

Brie’Nov is made up of entrepreneurs, local politicians, non-profit organizations, researchers, teachers and local residents. Our main axes of work are based on a tripartite “bet” underpinning several projects:

• High-speed digital networks as a vector for overall development
• High-speed digital networks as a vector for opening up backwaters
• High-speed digital networks as a vector for social reintegration.

Since, Brie’Nov has been labelled Territory Factory (www.fabrique77.fr) and territorial Pole of Economic Cooperation, two national systems allowing us to accelerate our various projects.
