DT4Regions

ENoLL spearheaded WP4 titled “Mutual Learning and Capacity Building” as part of the project’s strategic framework. Acknowledging the pivotal role of mutual learning and capacity building in digital transformation endeavours, the initiative emphasized the necessity for organizations to equip their human capital with the requisite competencies.

The overarching goal was to disseminate the wealth of knowledge and experiences amassed by the DT4REGIONS consortium, alongside best practices and tangible case studies sourced from external entities, to serve as a comprehensive knowledge base accessible to all users of the platform. Furthermore, various activities such as webinars, workshops, and open debates were deployed to advance the learning and capacity-building agenda, with a particular focus on augmenting the proficiency of European civil servants in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data (BD), complemented by peer learning opportunities tailored for managers.

The training materials, whether developed internally within the project or sourced from external initiatives, have been curated and housed within the DT4Regions Platform repository. This repository stands as a cornerstone resource, designed to empower regions and municipalities in their pursuit of knowledge pertaining to the digital transformation of local governance structures.
