At ENoLL, we provide growth opportunities for all our stakeholders, with a focus on certifying Living Labs, enhancing their capacities, and promoting deep knowledge exchange and project development.
Through our rigorous labelling process, we certify Living Labs that seek membership in our network. Any legal entity worldwide that operates or hosts a Living Lab can apply. Check out our application guidelines for more details.
Our Capacity Building program accelerates learning for Living Labs and their stakeholders, offering training and mentoring tailored to various levels of maturity, helping labs grow and innovate effectively.
Through our flagship event, OpenLivingLab Days, we bring together the global community of living labbers, while the projects we involve ourselves in strengthen the impact that Living Labs generate.
This year, OpenLivingLab Days 2026 runs from 29 September to 2 October across Brussels and Antwerp, under the theme “Living Labs Impacts and Values for a Changing World,” bringing panel sessions, workshops, and site visits to the global Living Lab community.
Our annual flagship event, OpenLivingLab Days (OLLD) is not just a gathering of Living Lab professionals, changemakers, shapers, entrepreneurs, and academics. It is a place to develop new ideas and form partnerships. Professionals join to share their thoughts and experiences on the most pressing matters facing our living environments.
The ENoLL Capacity Building Programme consists of training services aiming at expanding the knowledge base of newcomer, intermediate, advanced, and expert Living Lab enthusiasts related to Living Labs and Open Innovation.
ENoLL and its members organise a diverse set of activities to strengthen collaboration and share knowledge across the Living Lab community. National or Regional Summits, organised bi-annually by countries or regions, showcase the Living Lab ecosystem through roundtables with policymakers and presentations of Living Labs and their projects. ENoLL Infodays, hosted annually by ENoLL Members, provide specific information and guidance to practitioners, researchers, and policymakers on topics such as ENoLL certification, RI recognition, and best practices. Thematic Symposia, organised by thematic Working Groups, reflect on thematic policies, programmes, projects, and best practices.
ENoLL is active in many different areas of work to strengthen the impact that Living Labs can generate. As a project partner we are focusing on Living Lab development, capacity building and scaling-up of solutions and services.
