Go Li.EU

Governance of the Living-in.EU community

Living-in.EU is an initiative launched by ENoLL in collaboration with Eurocities, ERRIN, and OASC, with support and endorsement form the European Union. The initiative aims to create a cohesive, digital Europe where all cities and communities can benefit from the economic and social advantages of digital transformation. In this context, the Go Li.EU project plays a pivotal role by coordinating and further enhancing strong multi-level governance cooperation within the EU. Its primary objective is to cultivate re-usable, sharable, and trustworthy digital solutions, technologies, and standards.

To achieve this goal, Go Li.EU focuses on ensuring effective governance, fostering community growth, and promoting the inclusion and cooperation of all ecosystem players, acting as a dynamic connector and liaison. The project also seeks to expand and manage the Living-in.EU community of signatories and supporters, facilitating the adoption of interoperable digital solutions by enhancing technical capabilities and capacity-building efforts.

By the end of its 4 year timeline Go Li.EU aims to establish a thriving Living-in.EU ecosystem with many signatories and supporters, a well-organised supply side around local digital twins and the substantial adoption of digital and green solutions.

ENoLL leads Work Package 1 (WP1) on Capacity Building, Development and Scaling Up as well as Work Package 4 (WP4) on Project Dissemination and Communication. In WP1, ENoLL aims to establish the Living-in.EU website as a central hub for knowledge exchange, capacity building and mutual learning on digital solutions for European cities and regions. In WP4, ENoLL’s goal is to effectively and widely promote the knowledge generated by the project, as well as to foster the engagement of signatories and supporters.
