CommuniLab: A Hub for Community-Driven Innovation 

Empowering Communities Through Innovation 

CommuniLab is the dedicated space for mutual learning within the EU-funded Horizon Europe project, CommuniCity. As part of this ambitious initiative, CommuniCity is set to run 100 innovation pilots in urban, peri-urban, and rural communities across Europe, with a strong focus on empowering marginalised groups. The project operates in three expanding cycles, leveraging networks of local administrations and living labs to co-create solutions driven by community needs. Through open calls, local communities are actively involved in identifying challenges and shaping innovative solutions. The ultimate goal is to scale these insights sustainably and establish a European benchmark for inclusive, community-driven innovation.

At the heart of this initiative, CommuniLab serves as a dynamic hub for knowledge sharing and capacity building. It serves as a single point of reference for all essential outputs generated through CommuniCity, ensuring that both project stakeholders and a broader audience engaged in community-led innovation can easily access and benefit from them.
