Save the date for the world’s largest event dedicated to cities and urban innovation. Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) returns to Barcelona this November, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and city representatives to tackle today’s most pressing urban challenges.
Since launching in 2011, SCEWC has grown into a global meeting point for market-ready solutions that support more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient cities. The 2026 edition will explore seven key themes shaping the future of urban life: Enabling Technologies, Energy & Environment, Mobility, Governance & Economy, Living & Inclusion, Infrastructure & Building, and Blue Economy.
Alongside its co-located events, Tomorrow.Mobility, Tomorrow.Building, and Tomorrow.Blue Economy World Congress, SCEWC is expected to welcome more than 27,000 professional visitors from 138 countries. The event will host over 1,100 exhibitors, 600 speakers, and representatives from more than 900 cities worldwide.
