Vitalise Pilot group meeting June 2023

28/06/2023 28/06/2023

Wednesday, June 28th from 14.00 to 15.30 CEST we are excited to invite you to a special event where we will present the results of a new framework of living lab evaluation, which are not final, but represent the basis for next steps.

Since living labs evolve over time it’s crucial to constantly improve an evaluation structure on a continuous base to make sure it keeps fitting the high-quality standards required and to support living labs in assessing themselves to grow, become/remain sustainable and to reach a higher level of harmonization.

Last year, thanx to your help, we had the pleasure to present a new standardized evaluation framework within the paper ‘Harmonizing the evaluation of living labs: a standardized evaluation framework’ during the XXXIII ISPIM conference in Copenhagen.

Based on this, over the last months we worked hard to validate criteria descriptions and to define a general KPI table for evaluating living labs, based on all golden feedback and interactions we had with living lab experts and the Vitalise pilot group. Next to this we prepared a first draft of a guideline framework for living labs.

Right now, we’d love to present the results to you all and provide you with information about the next steps after summer.

If you want to participate you can register yourself via: https://forms.office.com/e/YYftySHEgk

This pilot group is open to all participants and members of the VITALISE, ENOLL and LLSA Forum networks and wishes to promote collaboration between the different European Living Labs ecosystems.
