Three parallel sessions will focus on healthy, sustainable diets, food waste and technology tools for chefs. The third roundtable will follow on 26 April.
After this, LIFE Climate Smart Chefs aims to produce a strategic paper (Climate Smart Chefs Vision 2030) gathering the views and vision of food sector stakeholders to influence EU policy on food systems. The paper will be presented and reviewed during a final plenary roundtable on 7 June and published in July.
