GILL Training – Intellectual Property in Collaboration Environments

Building upon the success of the first training of the GILL 2025 Capacity Building Programme on “Stakeholder Engagement and Co-Creation Activities”, the GILL Coordination Team is glad to invite you to the second training of 2025 on “Intellectual Property in Collaborative Environments”, on 5 March 2025, 11:00-13:00 (Brussels time).  

This online training was created to provide participants with essential knowledge on managing Intellectual Property (IP) in Living Labs and other collaborative innovation settings. More specifically, the session will introduce IP in Living Labs, highlighting their role in the innovation process, providing key IP considerations, and sharing rights in collaborative projects.  

Through best practices and case studies, participants will gain practical insights to navigate their IP challenges effectively.  

Your trainers 

Giulia Campodonico (European Network of Living Labs – ENoLL)  

With over 15 years of work experience in EU policies and projects in the Research and Innovation field, Giulia is the Head of Projects at ENoLL. In this role, she focuses on coordinating the association work on proposal preparation and project management, while also supporting ENoLL’s services to members and advocacy efforts.

Abdolrasoul (Rasoul) Habibipour (Botnia Living Lab – Luleå University of Technology) 

Abdolrasoul is a senior lecturer (Assistant professor) in Information Systems at Luleå University of Technology in Sweden and is the Managing Director of Botnia Living Lab, Sweden. His research focuses on participatory design and user engagement in information systems development processes, with a particular emphasis on Living Labs.
