Registration is officially open for OpenLivingLab Days 2026 (OLLD26), the flagship event for the Living Labs and open innovation community.
Tickets are now available, with Early Bird discounts valid until 29 June. Bringing together Living Lab practitioners, researchers, policymakers, innovators, and organisations from across the world, OpenLivingLab Days offers a unique platform to exchange best practices, build partnerships, collaborate on cutting-edge projects, and explore the latest trends in open innovation.
This year’s edition will begin in Brussels on 29 September with a dedicated Policy Event designed to foster high-level dialogue between EU institutions and the Living Lab community.
The session will present impact results and recommendations to support future EU policies and contribute to discussions around the upcoming Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF). Participants will also explore how Living Labs can play a stronger role in future European funding programmes addressing key societal challenges.
Tickets for the Policy Event are first come first served, and participants are encouraged to secure their place early to access the full OpenLivingLab Days 2026 programme.
The OpenLivingLab Days conference will continue in Antwerp on 30 September and 1 October with keynote sessions, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and research paper presentations. The event will conclude on 2 October with inspiring field visits to Belgian Living Labs, offering participants hands-on insights into innovative projects and real-life implementations.
OpenLivingLab Days 2026 is co-organised with LiCalab – Living & Care Lab, hosted by Thomas More.
OLLD26 offers several ticket categories to accommodate different participant profiles and access levels. Reduced rates are available for students, presenters, participants from low and middle-income countries, groups, and ENoLL members. Single-day tickets are also available.
