Building on a series of debates, around the need for a coherent strategy for Test beds in Europe, this lunch debate will focus on the role of cities and regions as test environments and how test beds can contribute to urban- and regional development and increase regional attractiveness.
A panel with representatives from the European Commission, regions and cities, industry and research will discuss the topic together with the audience. ENoLL Vice-President Wim de Kinderen will present regional perspective at the Panel debate.
