The EFFECT project is pleased to invite you to the workshop “European Leadership through Disruptive Technologies: Future and Emerging Technologies towards 2030”, which will take place on the 7th of March 2018 from 18:00 to 20:00, in the building of the European Parliament in Brussels.

REGISTER TO THE WORKSHOP

The aim of the event is to reflect, together with Public Institutions, private companies, academia and researchers, on the future of FET (Future and Emerging Technologies) in the next Framework Programme (FP9). The discussion will focus on the potential of FET to act as catalyst for disruptive research and a basis for radical innovations.

The event will be hosted by the MEP Patrizia Toia, Vice-Chair of the ITRE Committee, and the MEP Isabella De Monte, also member of the ITRE Committee. Among the speakers, experienced researchers will share their experience in developing FET funded projects, together with representatives of research organisations, the FET Advisory Group and the European Commission.

The event will be followed by a networking cocktail.
