The submission deadline for the Call for Workshops and Call for Sessions at OpenLivingLab Days 2025 (OLLD25) has been extended until the 12th of May 2025. Don’t miss your chance to contribute to the only event dedicated to open innovation and Living Labs.
This year, OLLD25 embraces the theme:
“Living Labs for Regenerative Futures: Connecting Local and Global Innovation Ecosystems.”

These tracks aim to deepen the dialogue around impactful innovation, citizen participation, and building resilient communities through Living Lab practices.
Workshops are a vital part of the OLLD experience, offering an interactive space where participants can co-create, experiment, and exchange knowledge.
Whether you are piloting a new methodology, tackling complex societal challenges, or aiming to strengthen collaboration within the Living Lab community, we invite you to propose a dynamic and engaging workshop.

The Call for Sessions invites practitioners, policymakers, companies, and researchers to propose panel discussions, presentations, or roundtables that stimulate dialogue and inspire action.
If you have a transformative project, a successful case study, or a new approach to co-creation to share, we encourage you to submit a session and help shape the future of Living Labs.

In parallel, the Call for Research Papers remains open until 15 May!
Academics, researchers, and PhD candidates are invited to submit original research papers on topics related to Living Labs, user innovation, co-creation methodologies, urban and rural transitions, digital transformation, and sustainable innovation.
Selected papers will be presented during OLLD25 and published in the OpenLivingLab Days 2025 Research Proceedings.
