Capacity Building on-site and hands-on training session for our team in Brussels

Last week, we held a two-day on-site and hands-on training session in Brussels, where our capacity building team shared some incredible tools to help Living Labs succeed. 

We got hands-on experience with tools and strategies for becoming Living Lab facilitators. We shared our knowledge, skills, and experience in order to help each other grow and become more comfortable with the tools that will be critical to the success of Living Labs. 

From identifying stakeholders to designing the governance and business model of a Living Lab, and fostering a culture of human centred innovation, we covered it all. It was an amazing experience to see our team come together and learn from each other, and we can’t wait to put our new skills to the test!
