[Well-being Living Lab Nagykovacsi]: SustainAgri knowledge materials

The Sustainagri project (granted by Erasmus+ /2020-1-CZ01-KA202-078268/) has been implemented by a consortium of seven nations (Cyprus, the Czech Republic, England, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands). Their shared goal has been to develop an educational package, which helps agricultural SMEs, educators and students of agricultural VET to obtain the latest knowledge of sustainable management.

In the intellectual output of the educational package there is an Educational Material and Curriculum. The Educational Material is based on seven modules and the Triple Bottom Line concept of sustainability (environmental, social, financial), it is organised in an easy-to-use, workshop-like form, for both the educators and the students. It is supplemented by an e-Toolkit. The e-Toolkit helps the users review, expand and test their knowledge. If they need any further information, the e-Toolkit guides them to the respecting chapter of the Educational Material. The methods used in the e-Toolkit include brainstorming, mind maps, moodboards, etc. A Serious Game has also been developed, which can be played on a mobile phone. It helps practise and test the player’s knowledge.

We recommend this educational package to all educators and students of the VET sector, those agricultural entrepreneurs who think sustainability is really important in an agribusiness.
