Policy Brief: Internationalization of culture during Covid-19 crisis

How can we harness the momentum for change brought on by the pandemic to update (innovate and improve) culture the day after? And above all, how can professionals in the creative field reach their increasingly more international audiences? These are the questions underlying this new policy brief, released by the Social&Creative Project.

This Policy Brief outlines main issues affecting the world of culture, even more so in this historical moment of the world-gripping pandemic, and provides policy recommendations to foster the internationalization of the sector.

Further policy suggestions were formulated using the Internationalization Readiness webtool developed by Chebec, one of the 11 modular projects of the Community, which allows cultural and creative organizations to assess their strengths and weaknesses before starting the process of internationalization.
