Conference Proceeding of the 9th edition of the OpenLivingLab Days are published. This document is a compilation of the papers presented between the 22-23 August 2018, in Geneva,Switzerland, as part of the OpenLivingLab Days 2018 conference.
The research papers in this document are a result of the double-blind review and evaluation procedure launched on February of 2018 as part of the“Call for Papers” responding to the theme of theOpenLivingLab Days 2018 conference: “Living Labs and the Sustainable Development Goals: FromTheories to Practice”.
This year’s “Call for Papers” encourage contributions from three different paper categories to encourage a diverse participation of actors: Research Papers –scientific research;
Innovation Papers – practitioner case studies;
and Research in-progress – scientific research not yet completed.
We advise all OpenLivingLab Days attendees to read the Conference Proceedings before the event, since they will be able to prepare for the presentations beforehand to ask the researchers presenting questions about their work. Afterwards, two papers (category Research and Innovation Paper) will receive a Veli-Pekka Niitamo award for best paper.
