Open position: Director, Innovation Communities, Forum Virium Helsinki

As the director you are responsible for leading the innovation communities and Living Lab activities of Forum Virium Helsinki. The main responsibilities of the innovation communities team are to implement user-driven approach in our projects, and to manage and further develop the processes and methods of user-driven innovation for Forum Virium Helsinki and its partner network. Your work is linked to domestic and international development projects, around which your team will be built. You work in close collaboration with the CEO of Forum Virium Helsinki.

We expect:

• ability to build long-term strategic vision
• expertise in user-driven innovation and/or service design
• experience in planning and leading challenging, large-scale RDI projects
• work experience in the field of digital services
• suitable MA level university degree
• fluency in languages, especially excellent skills in English
• leadership, collaboration & organising skills, presentation abilities, flexibility, good tolerance of pressure
• experience in the field of wellbeing services is a plus
• you would be based in  Finland, but you would need to travel quite a bit
