ENoLL 6th Wave to be launched at the Future Internet Conference in Poznan

ENoLL 6th Wave launch will take place in the afternoon on October 24th, 2011 in Poznan as one of the parallel session (Session E, 14:30-16:30) entitled ‘Shaping out the Future Internet for a better society – Global Partnerships for Social Innovation’ at the Future Internet Conference, the official opening event of the Future Internet Week.

ENoLL 6th Wave launch will take place in the afternoon on October 24th, 2011 in Poznan as one of the parallel session (Session E, 14:30-16:30) entitled ‘Shaping out the Future Internet for a better society – Global Partnerships for Social Innovation’ at the Future Internet Conference, the official opening event of the Future Internet Week.

The session will specifically focus on the way Living Labs can act as instruments to assess the social impact of the Future Internet in our society. Our intention is to make the public aware how the Living Labs can act as a too-way knowledge creation and transfer instrument to build the Future Internet, from society to Future Internet Public Private Partnership – and vice versa. Interventions from our ENoLL members in Brazil and from the Connected Smart Cities will be included in this session.

This event will also mark the launch of the 6th Wave of European Network of Living Labs with the support of the Polish Presidency and the European Commission.

ENoLL together with CONCORD-project (Future Internet Public Private Partnership) is also organizing a FIA-session themed “When Infrastructure meets User” on October 26^th.
