Davide has over 12 years of experience in strategic communications, outreach and campaigning at EU and international level. Prior to joining ENoLL as Senior Comms Manager, he led the Communication team at UNDP Food Systems, focusing on the role of multi-stakeholder collaboration to drive change through a systemic lens. In this position, he developed global strategies for multi-country programmes, including the launch of flagship knowledge products to support a new way of looking at our food systems.
He also worked as Media & Corporate Comms lead at the European Food Information Council, leveraging the organisation’ presence in the media at EU level and securing coverage on major outlets for a new fact-checking initiative. As a project coordinator for the EIT Food Ambassadors programme, he put together an EU-wide team to spread the word about healthy and sustainable eating through food influencers.
Davide holds a bilingual (English & French) Master degree in European Studies from the College of Europe and a postgraduate master’s in political communications (Florence, Italy). An Italian national, he loves to learn new languages and spend time outdoors.
