Alleya is an intern at ENoLL. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance at KU Leuven, Universität Münster, and Tallinn University of Technology. Drawing on five years of user research experience across Southeast Asian tech startups and the digital unit of Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, her work focuses on ensuring that end-users’ voices drive the design of digital products and services. Her professional and academic interests revolve around using co-creation and participatory design to develop responsive, citizen-centric innovations that generate tangible public value.
