ENoLL grows through ‘Waves’ of calls for membership. Every year, candidate Living Labs are invited to submit an application to join the ENoLL network, and following an evaluation process, new members are welcomed to the network. 2014 celebrated the 8th Wave of ENoLL membership and a record number of new proposals.
