How do you turn your Living Lab design into sustainable operations that continue beyond the first project or funding cycle? The ENoLL Academy launches Operationalising Living Labs: From conceptual design to daily management, a new live Living Lab training designed and delivered by Dr. Toñi Caro and Francisco Albalá from Eoh-for-Good. This hands-on training focuses on the practical operationalisation of Living Labs and helps them build on their experience to strengthen their daily management.
Across three live online sessions, building on their experience and own context, participants will map and analyse their ecosystem to set the baseline for their Living Lab. In the final session, building on the previous sessions, they will co-design a concrete 2-year operational roadmap for their own Living Lab, translating strategy into a timeline of activities and resource management.
Participants are very much encouraged to come with the challenges their Living Lab is currently facing, as the sessions are designed to work with them.
The two trainers bring complementary expertise: Dr. Toñi Caro is a senior researcher specialised in the governance of Quadruple Helix Living Labs and the author of Transformative Governance for the Future, while Francisco Albalá has over 20 years of experience in pedagogical design and facilitation.
The training takes place on Tuesdays 17 November, 24 November and 1 December 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM CET. It is open to Members and non-Members, with discounts for ENoLL Members.
