Madalina Gusa holds a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communication from NABA, Milan and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science.

She has experience in brand strategy and digital communication, having worked with organizations including Triennale Milano, Ralph Lauren, and Leo Burnett across Europe and East Asia, alongside a European Parliament traineeship on cybersecurity communication.

Madalina joins the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) as Junior Communication Assistant, bringing enthusiasm for sustainability, digital storytelling, and cross-cultural collaboration to advancing innovation and social impact across Europe.
