Testimonials

Youssef Yammine – Cluster Manager @ Berytech, Lebanon

Attending the Living Lab training with ENoLL was an absolute delight! The insightful sessions, the exercises, the trainer’s knowledge and expertise and the online collaborative atmosphere made it a transformative experience. Grateful for the valuable knowledge gained. Throughout the training, I gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that have greatly enriched my understanding of the Living Lab concept and had the opportunity to connect with like-minded people from different backgrounds, expertise and regions having the same purpose: learn and launch the concept of Living Labs in their projects. The interactive nature of the sessions and the opportunity to collaborate with fellow participants made the learning process enjoyable and engaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

The registration platform (Eventbrite) will automatically send a tax invoice for all payments made directly on the website (by credit card, paypal, SOFORT, iDEAL or Bancontact).
You can also choose payments by invoice (bank transfer). You will use the same platform (Eventbrite) to confirm your registration; then, you will need to wait for us to send you a proforma for payment. In this case, the TAX invoice sent automatically by Eventbrite will not be sufficient: please wait for us to contact you with a complete invoice.
Participation in the live sessions is valuable, but not mandatory. All sessions are recorded and available to all participants on our website. The hands-on exercises are provided to all participants and need to be completed in between the weekly sessions.
The Virtual Learning Lab has been designed to also suit participants who cannot join the live sessions. We have received very positive feedback from previous course participants who were not able to join any of the live sessions (read our testimonials from previous attendees, above!). Many attendees may have to miss a session here and there; the online learning materials are well suited for catching up outside our live sessions. To join the course as a participant not attending in the live sessions, please keep in mind the duration of the course: the learning platform will close one month after the end of the course; so, we suggest you keep up with the ‘speed’ of the course, scheduling your own weekly learning times.
The course is designed around the creation of teams working on a common case study; so, rather than participating as an individual, you can also participate as a team in the learning journey. This allows all of you to join the live sessions – but those who can’t join all sessions will also have access to course materials and recordings in between the sessions. It will also mean that all of you can complete the assignments together as a team, rather than completing the same assignment individually for each person. Registration to the virtual Learning Lab is personal: purchase as many tickets as you have persons attending from the team through the registration platform.
The weekly sessions are planned as 2,5 hours each, running from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm CET every Tuesday. The time spent on learning outside of the live sessions is expected to be between 2 to 3 hours per session, including preparatory materials and home assignments. A minimum between 1 to 3 hours should be reserved for individual reflection and the preparation of the session. As such, at minimum, a participant should expect a 3-hour workload on a weekly basis for the duration of the 10 weeks. Some assignments will start during the sessions themselves, but you may not have the time to complete them during the live sessions, requiring participants to spend additional time in between live sessions to fully complete them.
For those looking for an intensive learning journey, the course platform will offer additional course materials (featuring dozens of hours of watching, listening, and reading materials to dig deeper into the topic).
If looking to truly build your Living Lab through this course, additional time might be necessary to complete the assignments with deep reflection on your own case/ within your team, and viewing the additional learning materials on the platform may be especially interesting. Reserve anywhere from 3 to 6 hours weekly for the course (including the 2,5h live sessions), depending on the depth of learning and application you would like to devote to your own Living Lab case.
The registration closes on 30 September 2024, but if you require an extension, let us know! Be aware that a limited number of tickets are available, get yours before they run out!
The certificates of attendance and competence are given to all participants in the course as proof of their participation in the course. There are no exams or final scores. Participation in the course is personal; for this reason, the certificate of attendance will be provided individually.
The weekly live sessions are hosted on the platform “ZOOM”. ZOOM also allows you to join the live sessions from your browser without the need of downloading any additional programs. However, downloading the ZOOM application on your computer is encouraged, as this will improve your experience as a participant during the sessions.

All hands-on exercise will be performed in MIRO. MIRO allows you to use it from your browser without the need to register or downloading any additional programs. However, registering allows you to save your work in your personal profile, thus allowing for easier access in the future. Should you want to learn how to use MIRO before the course starts, check their guide for beginners here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNNPchRnDp8&ab_channel=Miro

If you are joining the Virtual Learning Lab together with your colleagues, you can surely form a team. Our teams are made up of minimum 4 participants (if you are joining together with colleagues but have 3 or 2 participants in total, you will join the course as individuals). Small teams consist of 4-7 participants. When joining as a team, your learning journey will be designed for your team in a way that the assignments during the live sessions will be completed within your team.
