PCSS Future Labs enables stakeholders to co-create, test and validate innovative solutions in real-life environments. By engaging end-users and stakeholders from the earliest stages of innovation, it helps transform ideas into solutions that respond to genuine societal, environmental and economic needs.

This Living Lab supports the entire innovation journey – from challenge identification and stakeholder engagement, through co-design and prototyping, to pilot deployment, validation and scaling. Through participatory methods, living lab experimentation and interdisciplinary collaboration, it helps innovators better understand user needs, validate assumptions and create sustainable business and implementation models. The Living Lab operates across a network of complementary innovation environments, providing diverse settings for experimentation.
