Yes! You can join with your colleagues if you are minimum four (4) to participate as a team in the learning journey. It means that all of you can complete the home assignments together as a team and work on your own real case, rather than completing the same assignment individually for each person.

However, please note that the registration to the Virtual Learning Lab is personal: you will have to purchase as many tickets as you have persons attending from the team.

The course is self-paced and includes 7 pre-recorded core sessions, each lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. These sessions feature practical, hands-on exercises that you can complete on your own time. You should plan to dedicate 2 to 3 hours per sessionto watch the videos, reflect on the content, and complete the assignments. Some exercises may require additional time, especially if you are applying them to your own Living Lab case or working as a team.

To support deeper learning, the Academy provides a wide range of optional extra resources—including videos, readings, and case studies—offering dozens of hours of additional content. These are ideal for participants who want to explore specific topics in more depth or further develop their Living Lab practice.

The course also includes 8 live Q&A sessions (1.5 hours each), where you can ask questions and interact with trainers and peers. If you are following Path 2 or 3, you will also be invited to a final 1-hour Group Mentoring Session for more personalised feedback and guidance.

In total, depending on the depth of your engagement, we recommend setting aside 3 to 6 hours per week to follow the course, complete the exercises, and make the most of the learning opportunities available.

There is no registration deadline – you can register until the start of the course on 13th October 2025. However, limited number of seats are available, get yours before they run out!

All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance as confirmation of their participation in the course. This certificate is personal and is issued to each participant individually. It does not require completing any exams or receiving a final score.

If you would like to demonstrate your understanding of the course content, you can choose to complete a final assessment. Participants who achieve a score above 70 percent will be awarded a Certificate of Competence.

Please note that this course does not certify your Living Lab. If you are interested in certifying your Living Lab, you can find more information about the process and how to become an ENoLL member here: https://enoll.org/about-us/how-to-become-a-member

The weekly sessions will be released directly on the Academy – where you are right now. You will be able to join the Q&A sessions directly on the Academy and they will be hosted on Zoom.

All hands-on exercise will be performed in MIRO. MIRO allows you to use it from your browser without the need to register or downloading any additional programs. However, registering allows you to save your work in your personal profile, thus allowing for easier access in the future. If this is the first time you will be using MIRO, we highly recommend you to check their guide for beginners here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNNPchRnDp8&ab_channel=Miro

In the Virtual Learning Lab, if you are joining the course together with colleagues you can form a team. A team is made up of minimum 4 participants (if you are joining together with colleagues but have 3 or 2 participants in total, you will join the course as individuals).

Small teams consist of 4-7 participants. When joining as a team your learning journey will follow Path 3 and be designed for your team in a way that the assignments during the live sessions will be completed within your team.
