South-Holland Impact Alliance (SHIA)

The South-Holland Impact Alliance (SHIA) brings together four major Universities of Applied Sciences in South Holland to address societal challenges such as labour shortages, rising healthcare costs, health disparities, security threats, and climate change.

Building on strong connections with local communities, cities, and the province, SHIA combines expertise and existing partnerships to accelerate collaborative innovation. Through this joint approach, the Alliance aims to increase regional impact, strengthen its position, and contribute to South Holland’s sustainable development.
