MINDLab

MIND-LAB operates in a quadruple helix innovation ecosystem, focusing on the Castilla y León and Madrid Regions for social-health care, mental health, longevity for vulnerable populations through co-creation, devoted to high-quality research and committed to Open and Responsible Innovation, engaging the public and patients in Participatory and Value-Sensitive Design. Aims to address existing and emerging needs improving social-healthcare services by developing methods and products with researchers, clinicians, technologists, engaging all stakeholders needed. MINDLab focuses in designing, developing, testing: VR/ AR for cognitive and multisensory interventions and wellbeing; technologies for neuropsychological assessment, stimulation, rehabilitation, early detection of mild cognitive impairment and to enhance QoL in palliative care; social robotics in care contexts; sensor-enhanced environments to monitor and promote independent living; research in real environments and LL methodologies.
