KAEM LL highlights the deep connection between olive trees, olive oil and environmental sustainability and cultural heritage. Educating consumers about their purchases and promoting responsible consumption is a key objective. It also aims to develop olive tourism and gastronomy as high-value offerings, marketing olive products as premium goods. Navigating legal frameworks, health assertions, and certifications, it ensures compliance and trust in olive products. A holistic, olive-centric system is proposed, integrating all aspects of olive production and consumption. The educational component focuses on fostering skills development and entrepreneurship within the olive industry, as well as improving transportation and processing techniques to enhance efficiency and product quality. This comprehensive approach aims to create a sustainable, culturally rich, and economically viable olive industry.
