EMOTUR Living Lab

EMOTURLab is the flagship Neurotourism Living Lab of an international ecosystem comprising more than 500 Living Labs operating in tourism and hospitality companies. It bridges research, innovation, and market deployment to accelerate the transformation of tourism through human-centred experimentation. Recognized by the EU as a Technology Centre, EMOTURLab supports SMEs, destinations, and public organizations in moving innovations from concept to market. It specializes in AI, Neurotourism, Neuro-Customer Journey Experience, immersive technologies, sustainability, and behavioural science. Using advanced methodologies, EMOTURLab helps organizations better understand human behavior and design more sustainable and impactful tourism and hospitality experiences. Through its network, it fosters co-creation, experimentation, and knowledge transfer in the education, research, tourism, hospitality, gastronomy and customer experience industry.
